Chicken turned out ok, overcooked but still moist. Butts turned out well.. Heard an "Oh shit" on the ribs, so they turned out well...  Decided to only do half the slab of ribeye...  Verdict to come... |

Mixed up some new rub, ehhh, I think I'll got back to my old faithful recipe. But it's hard to get better if you don't try new stuff...  Tried some baby backs... That use to be all I ever cooked, but to be honest,the spare ribs had more flavor.  |
