Sorry guys I've been moving all my stuff out and it's taking most of my spare time. Should be done one day this week and I'll be able to get seriously started on this project Just let me know...I don't mind getting them. I also don't mind coming to your place to work.

Cool, as long as our boring bar is long enough (I think it is, but Ill double check tomorrow when I get back to work), I can meet up when I get back from OK and pick up the spindles. Shouldn't be a problem to throw them on the lathe and bore them. Right now I have been busting my butt trying to get mine ready for this trip. Just finished rebuilding 2 coilovers and adding air bumps to the front, now I just have to find a way to get nitrogen in them before leaving Thurs morning.

The spindles are on the axle...that's what is making this so tricky
I have a nitrogen bottle we can fill your shocks with

Oh ok, I get it now, we are talking about a rear 60. I was thinking front 60 spindles. So basically you guys are trying to get rear dana 60 full float bored to dana 70 size so 35 spline shafts will work. That sucks, I dont have access to a lathe that big. We always have to cary things that large to a shop. We use IMS, not cheap, but they have the equipment to machine the larger pieces. Wished I could have been of help.
Chris, let me know what I need to do to get with you on the nitrogen. It is VERY much appreciated. I hate being a bum, but I have run out of time and this is one of the last things Im stressing over getting done.

Jeff any idea how much they'd charge to hone out the axle that's the major part of what's holding up the build. That'd be option 2 if the guys can't find anyone else.

Not really sure on price. I never ask, since Im not paying. They do good work though. I asked a couple of buddies for ideas, they had nothing. One said they had cut the spindles off before, bored them, then re-welded. I also saw online where someone used a hole saw and extension, but that looks like a very long process. I know they make a reamer that works for this, but I think it is around $400, so pretty expensive for a one time deal.
