It was a b*tch to get the carrier out! Other than that it went smooth.
Afterwards when Chris and I tested it out we thought we'd messed something up. You can't hear it at all...even full lock turning in 4lo, no hopping and no clicking. But it definitely works!

The trick with getting the carrier out, if you don't have a spreader is to shove an old grease rag in it and spin the yoke.

Haha maybe 37's Chris...
And I also flushed the heater core one more time, but this time I used actual CLR....let it sit in the core for 20 minutes, flushed it both ways a few times, then put everything back together....
I HAVE HEAT!!!!!
Might try doing it one more time before I go to fall crawl because while it is hot, I think it could be a little better.
