We pulled and checked all the fuses, replaced the relay with a couple others, I tried jumping across the starter with the key engaged. We spent 4-5 hours trying to figure it out with no results. That's why I'm convinced it's the NSS

I fixed it It ended up being the starter Idk why it wouldn't crank with my old starter but it wouldn't When we took it to autozone it tested good but I knew it looked weak. I picked one up earlier and it seemed faster than my factory one. I appreciate all the info and help Mike you sir are an awesome person to help me out and make sure I got home Mucho I appreciate everything that you did and that you even offered to let me borrow your jeep. Thank you

I did say the starter looked slow but wasn't sure that wasn't normal on the newer vehicles. So if it wasn't for autozones machine it would have been fixed by my first guess that night.

I didn't have a meter to see if it was getting power but I did take it off first and we took it and had it checked.

Keep in mind that crossing it over bypassed every fuse, relay, and switch involved in the process. The only items you were working with in that moment was a battery, starter, and your two battery cables.
