I looked back over all these fuses and swapped a few relays around, still nothing. I'm curious if the starter is getting any power But beyond that.... I'm lost

I hope they are paying you extra to drive there for work. Doesn't seem worth it if they aren't.

Everything y'all have suggested I thought about. I'm still leaning towards a weak starter. Or worse case the lever in the column that the switch interacts with in order to start it. I'd pick up a cheap starter from work and stick it on there for kicks and giggles

If it were a "Weak" starter it would still engage and just turn over slow. It isn't getting power to the starter.

Might wanna drop the column and check the ignition switch. I know on the old GM's the main lead would overheat sometimes causing an issue similar to this.
