Love my jack being on the hood. Weezie.....not so much hahaha
I used some longer bolts on mine. Thought it was a mistake at first but when I used my washer for my windshield I found the taller bolts to work out. Because my nozzle is on the hood instead of the valance panel.

I'm very anti hilift on the hood. I'm bringing some red loctite to put on those bolts!

It came with some longer bolts for the hood hinges and I torqued em to german specs, so they're good to go.
The nuts to hold the hilift to the mounts are pretty nice too...they're tapered so it's kinda like a lock nut.
haha if it flies off...it flies off...but I'm pretty confident at the moment

Well I tried one last time to fix my heat. Flushed the heater core both ways, let CLR sit in it for 2 - 20 minute periods, and blew it out with compressed air. Then I changed the thermostat because it was stuck open. Checked all my vacuum lines and they were all good...so NO LUCK. When I get back from winter run, I'm going to be swapping the heater core.
It will probably be done one Saturday this month, so if anyone feels like helping, I'm sure I could use it. I watched a few videos and don't think its going to be too tough, just a little time consuming.

Haven't updated this in a while, but a lot has been done since the last update.
c2fab bumper with a trailtubes.com grill hoop and stinger Smittybilt XRC 9.5 winch Raptor lined the entire inside of the tub Rewired the audio system fully, swapped to 4 new speakers with an amp to push them and added a 12" sub with a separate amp for it.
Also have some stuff on order:
JCR Offroad Crusader Mid-Width Hi-line Fenders Full Rear Corner Guards 17" LED bar to fit in the center portion of the grill hoop
This lil jeep is growing up some!

Jeep goal right here...this thing is damn clean Click here >> Yellow LS3 TJOn a side note since I haven't updated this...Fenders, rear corners, and grill hoop light bar are on. I also painted the aluminum fender panels with a charcoal metallic color this past weekend and ordered some hood decals. Probably going to get a hood louver soon as well... Also installed an electric fan recently with a DC Controls 2SP controller. Works great. But had to upgrade the battery to keep up. Come to find out that the battery that was in the jeep was not the right size...
