Here is one that has the gallons and about the size I want. There's an RCI one that would work as well m.summitracing.com/parts/jzp-250-116-nfWhat is the deal with the fitting sizes? Would it be better to have the same size or does it even matter?

You want a larger fitting for fuel supply because it's gravity fed. That way it won't starve the pump. The sump for drag racing is in the rear for when you launch it pushes the fuel back and puts pressure into the fittings. Rock crawling the sump really should be in the middle so you get the same flow going up or down an incline. Or youll have the same problem Jeff had with his.

Good point. I was only thinking about going up and was going to put the sump towards the rear, not forward like Jeff's is. Sump in the middle would be great

I don't have a sump. I have a pickup tube that sits in the middle of my cell under the foam. I Know now that I can get a full days worth of riding out of about 1/2 a tank so my fuel level is good. And I keep a 5gal can of gas at the truck.

True. I guess a sump isn't necessary but for some reason id like to have one if the option is available.
Im not worried about my fuel gauge not working either. I also know my jeeps mileage vs how I wheel.
So I take it no one has had the foam breakdown issue? Is it even really necessary to have it.? Many threads I saw were mainly complaining about it with the Jaz cell foam.

I pulled the foam out and threw it away before ever putting gas in mine. Just didn't want to take a chance of it breaking down.

I left mine in because I didn't feel like dealing with it. But seriously, I left mine in because I was thinking about how it'd help with keeping the fuel from sloshing around on the trails. Not that it'd matter much I guess, but it's been fine so far. Never thought about an issue with the foam breaking down..

Nope. I need to order the shit already. This whole "waiting for my fucking rims to come in" is really draining any motivation to work on the jeep.
