It's actually a design flaw on Kawasaki's part. They changed the way the gears were done in 2000 that's why the 98-99 (c1 & c2 models) have such issues. Thankfully mines fixed now with some better parts!!

A nice long road trip on the bike sounds like a great time. Maybe next year? Or the next one you take. My buddy Brian would probably want to get in on it too. We've talked about going into the Ozarks or something to do some riding. If we happen to set anything up I'll let you know.

New rear tire put on it today. Yeah, I said "new". Not "new to me" but "brand new purchased from Cycle Gear with road hazard and all that new"

Nice. Even though you finally had to spend money on a part I'd say you did good when you traded for that thing but I wonder where you'd be with the BMW now if you hadn't

I got a certified letter a few weeks back from a garage in collierville that has a $1500.00 head/head gasket bill that needs to be paid or its gonna belong to the shop. I told the guy do what you want, I slod it a year ago

Broke down and got a new chain today.. This is one of the best chains on the market. Should last me several seasons as long as I perform proper maintenance on it.
