Ramp up front, maybe extend the rear a little?
How wide is it? And how long is a 2 seater Rzr? Could you load the 2 seater sideways up front? Idk... Why I'm asking lol

The problem with loading sideways is the rzr has front and rear bumpers and will probably put it 6" longer than I can legally haul sideways...but I won't know for sure until I can measure it.
The other problem is do you see how far back the axles are? This thing has a problem with being tongue heavy like it is.

So extend it and ditch the ramps.

That's what I'm thinking but I'm not a welder/fabricator. Thought I would get some opinions if it was even worth trying to do or just buy a new one.

If it's built properly, what headaches could it cause? Just curious what I might be looking at..

I see a "double decker" there in that big trailer. It needs a second level for the 2 seater. I researched this alot when we had atvs and a 16' trailer.

If you add anything to that trailer it will just mark it heavier. And that will affect the way it pulls. If you did mod it I would cut off the dove and floor and take your new steel and lay on top of the frame and center it to where you have your weight distributed evenly over the axles. You have to have some tounge weight to make it tow properly so don't set it all at the rear. Then add your braces for what ever floor you use. Unless you can do it your self or have a friend do it you'll be looking at paying a welder to cut and weld and fab it all up. Might be time and money ahead to just sell what you have and purchase a trailer like you want.

James, wouldn't that get squirreled pulling with a half ton?
And blackmax, I won't be doing it myself and will probably lyrics be working with around a $1k budget on making this one longer. I'm sure some of the existing bracing can be cut out to lighten it some...This thing was overbuilt for hauling construction equipment on...I've seen it with a small dozer on it...lol

If it's built properly, what headaches could it cause? Just curious what I might be looking at.. To build it properly you would need a good bit of heavy steel which isn't cheap and you couldn't just weld an extension onto the back of the existing frame. You would have to cut it all up to tie in several feet. Not worth it in my opinion. And its not worth risking your toys or the safety of drivers behind you. Put the money towards the trailer you actually need. My 2 cents
