19 water crossings levels will be low that time of uear FYI- I have been on numerous points on this trail in the dead of summer. Alot of the streams you cross are mountain runoff, some as deep at 4 ft. While most have a decent sediment/rock bottom, i had a instance yrs ago where my hood was under water. I think its safe to say that there is be a possibility that some water could be deeper than "low". With that said, depending on what route you guys are planning on taking, i might be interested in doing a day or two with you guys. For anyone interested in this, recovery gear is a MUST. You found a map you want to follow yet? Some great trails over by the Piney... Clear mountain streams... all of it...

Sounds fun but how much highway miles would there be? Oscar is really not road worthy for long spells and 55 bout as fast as he can go safely.
