Front shocks, muffler and tail pipe then it's time to drive it. Question - put tailpipe out the rear somewhere or make it come up through the bed and put a tractor flap valve on it? GG

Gears showed up today so that's one more thing down. Ordered shocks from rough country tonight. That's just about everything mechanical for now.
As for the exhaust I'll most likely so a dust buster right past rear axle.

Shocks will be here tomorrow. They will be on Tuesday. Saturday we took it into the field and had a blast. I was actually able to do donuts and make the rear end kick out in turns. It feels so much stronger than before. It's an absolute blast to drive now.
Before anyone makes a comment about cops and donuts, DON'T.

Shocks were delivered yesterday and I'll have them in this afternoon after work. Spent a large part of yesterday making something to cover the huge hole in my trans tunnel. Not the greatest but it'll do. Also shortened the twin sticks. Someone had lengthened them and one was always in my leg when in low range. ![](http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd94/mpdxtreme/DD339C47-4345-4443-879D-EBB8AD6C1B6A_1.jpg) GG Disregard the boot thing on the twin sticks. Wouldn't work no matter what. Didn't allow it to go into low range. No amount of moving, cutting, whatever would allow the boot to work. Plan B. Take wavy towel and cu3 holes in it and put over the shifters an tuck under the floor mats. DONE. Spent to much time screwing with that already GG

Got the shocks installed last week, mucho better now. Yesterday I was at NAPA and asked if they had a generic small quiet muffler and how much. After talking the guy said he had a direct replacement OEM style for my truck. Well $40 later I have a small round extremely quiet muffler. Me and a buddy did a little creative exhaust work and it's installed and sealed up Started it and let it run and it was wonderful, can barely hear the truck run. The engine accessories make more noise that the exhaust.
One more small thing down.
Ordering a fixture to hold my 3rd member next week. Hoping to do gear set up in a couple weeks.

It's been a long time coming and I'll be so damn glad to just hit the key and go and not have to rebuild, fix, replace, readjust, something just to be able to go ride. GG
