Got the steering hooked up and some more of the minor stuff finished and took it out this weekend. I got a bunch of go pro video that needs to be edited but my buddy got a little from the bank. It will run 39 mph at about half throttle but any more throttle and it pushes the nose in the water and wont go any faster. I'm hoping if I cut the plate off under the pump that extends past the transom it will let the bow come up more at speed.

It has electric trim and its trimmed all the way up and adjusted as far as it will go with the rod. I'm thinking that plate under the pump is acting like a trim tab .

Better make your next investment a good bilge pump. Lol

Oil tank is strapped in with it looks like ratchet straps and just a plastic tank thrown over to the side. I love it

Better make your next investment a good bilge pump. Lol carbon seal where the pump shaft enters the boat is leaking pretty bad. Hopefully after I fix that I won't need the bilge pump.
