Welded up the font unibody plating. Also added a gusset to the track bar mount that seemed to take most of the flex out of it, giving me a much better turning radius now.

Built a new track bar, drag link and tie rod. All made with 1.5" DOM .25 wall.  |

read through the whole build, awesome stuff man. a few things im going to have to look into myself for sure. what tube bender do you have? where do you buy your tubing? fuck, can i come over with my rig so you can work on it too  |

You can really tell it was my first time building this when you look close. I'm starting to work on going back and cleaning things up a little better now, hence the new steering bars.
I have the Affordable Bender with the 1.75" die. I have gotten all my HREW and DOM from EMJ.
Your welcome to use the bender when you need to, or stop by some weekend when we are around and we'll have a few brews and play with it.

i might take you up on that. ive got the bed off the MJ for the flat/tube bed but it seems to of never got off the ground floor. i can buy the steel but no bender or welder.
harbor freight stuff is a 50/50 shot but i was looking into their benders
