Maybe one day I'll do a fancy truss or some C-gusset things. But for now, my 30 is holding up ok with my 37's on it. And I've beat the shit outta my rig on every occasion possible. Your rig hasn't seen beaten on yet.... Wait till I get a hold of him.. I was wondering when you'd chime in!

welp, i ordered sleeves because i like overkill. going the sleeves and c gusset route like teamjeep did. i think the clean look of no pass side upper mount and no truss will look good under there.

rock krawler 3 link long arm. Nice kit. I've installed one on a friends TJ quite a few years ago. He's still beating on it with no issues.

3 links are the way to go.
A bit more sleeve info:
We used JK sleeves and I cut them to length and kept them as long as possible. The length I used relocates the inner seal almost flush with the carrier bearing saddle and excludes using axle tube seals. I thought that was an acceptable trade-off for the additional support. Not necessarily a recommendation but this was our approach.

I've wheeled the crap out of my D30 with 37's and the only thing I wished I'd done was gusset the C's, when they bend a lot of things go south real quick. They'll take a lot more abuse than most give them credit for. If you want to rally build it than put 44 knuckles on it and it'll give you the option of high steer which gets your tie rod and drag link way up out of the way.

A high steer high pinion dana 30 sounds awesome. Not the greatest for 37s but a decent compromise.
