I deal with forklifts. When im at a distribution center working. When the come fill up multiple tanks in the racks and they are on the side they don't take them out to fill them they fill them on there side and pay attention to the guages

Grill has been ordered and is on it's way... This was picked by the Founders for a few reasons.. 1. It's heavy and will hold up longer than a regular grill.. 2. It's heavy and will help put weight in the back.. 3. It's a griddle so we are able to cook anything from burgers and dogs to bacon and eggs.. 4. It was on sale.. www.cabelas.com/product/Blackstone-36-Griddle-Station/1302760.uts

Looks awesome! Cooking on a griddle is nice. A friends parents have a commercial grade griddle installed in their kitchen. Wish I had one in mine!

The grill is now in a heated garage... I plan on working on it some next week after work... I have some slides to mount up and get the griddle installed, the front y frame welded on the front, and make a bracket for the 40lb propane tank.. We found out the tank I have is a horizontal tank.. so it can fit on the front for easy removal and refilling.. It has to be vertical to refill so I have to make a quick release.. Also need to get a long hose to run to the grill..
Blah blah blah...
If anyone has any free time in the afternoons let me know.. Could use the help.. I'll post up what days I'll be working on it in this thread..
Thanks

It should be easier to clean as well since the grease will be staying on the top surface.

Much more versatile, easy to clean up and you don't have to worry about the mess with grates and such..
