but not as bad as I had originally thought....   minispool blew apart and took out the carrier ad bearing and bearing race, but the R&P seem to be unscathed..  |

At least you broke the easy stuff to fix , Mack found a full spool pretty cheap at second hand power. I know its a different axle but it might be worth a call

It HAD a minis pool in it already so it prolly don't have clips anymore. Right?

It HAD a minis pool in it already so it prolly don't have clips anymore. Right? Most you dont have to do a c clip eliminator. Pretty much replaces spider gears like a lunchbox locker just doesnt give at all. Puts full force on the carrier. |

looked into doing the 9" outers on the 8.8 then putting the eliminators on too get around the disc brakes and not spend 500$, but now I'm thinking I'll just put a mini spool back in a junkyard carrier and not wheel as hard till the 60's are built. Well not as hardish..lol
