Hunter and I straightened out the bent tie rod and replaced the front shaft front u-joint and bolts. I also purchased some extra u-bolts in case this happens again.

Got the control arms rebuilt and put back on. Getting old factory style bushings out just sucks!!! That's why when I get the money and time Oscar is getting hime joints or however you spell it. But when I do that think he will also be long armed . I also got to figure out how to fix the track bar . Where it goes into the the hp Dana 30 it keeps coming out. There is no way to get to the backside to put a nut on the bolt cause it's all boxed in and think threads are cut into the mount. Anyone else have issues with this?

There is an opening on the bottom of the mount to get to it.

There is a nut on the backside.. but stock uses a nut with a flag attached so you can hold it while you bolt it in.. Kinda hard if you don't have the flag on the nut but it is doable

I had to replace a broken tensioner pulley today. Decided to give out on me. This is all that was left of the old one.

After many years of having the ABS system disconnected, BOB and I removed the ABS pump.

Nice! How much of a PITA was that? I want to remove mine just to free up room over on that side of the engine bay

It wasn't terrible. The flaring tool broke so we ended up using the line splices instead. You'll need a fitting for the back of your proportioning valve since it has a block off plug in it now. I grabbed a prop valve off a Cherokee to get that fitting.
Probably going to put an air compressor in that spot eventually.

Got all new o-rings and rod seals in for the air shocks today.
Question...do I need to coat these in hydraulic oil before assembly?
