Might want to see if you can get a bigger stator. If your using enough juice for 2 batteries you need to be able to charge them or you're pissing in the wind. Just a thought. That was my thought for going with a deep cycle battery. Should run a stereo all day on a ride with out charging.

Im not sure what ur trying to do but it sounds like a stereo amp on a atv? if so a capacitor would work

Yeah, I have an amp on my ATV....with a winch and lights. I've not had any problems yet, just brainstorming on how to upgrade so I don't. I've been looking for an upgraded stator with little luck. I was just thinking a dual battery setup would give me all the juice I need for short times. Like I said though, not an issue right now...just looking around.

Check out Ricky Stator that's pretty much all they deal with they may at least be able to tell you if there is an upgrade.

Mount an extra battery and just have a trickle charger to keep on it at home. It'll be fine.
