WOW!! Finished the second window this afternoon and posted to Facebook. Dana was taking them to the Antique mall tomorrow but sold both off of Facebook. Other than the meet n greet I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend.

Other than the meet n greet I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend. I go in homes all over Shelby and Desoto counties and I can tell you now that you got a gold mine idea there. People love this kind of thing and they can also be personalized with anything a customer would want, their favorite place, their favorite house, their kids playing outside ETC... The options are endless.

The problem is marketing, getting high enough quality pictures to make them 24 x 28 inches. Also, old windows are hard to come by.

Melissa is using our back door to make a picture frame out of... but she's gonna use some stuff to make it look old and weathered.. Looks great BTW!!

There are shops that will sell them for you for a cut, we used to do it with ceramics. Private owned, antique, or interior design shops. Picture qualiity can be over come by a good camera and some place with a very good printer, ( You might ask Charlie, he has a huge picture taken by a small cheap camera and blown up, and the detail is amazing.) as far as windows, go to some of the second hand construction /demolition supply places they usually have plenty and they are cheap.
