You still using Gabe's welder for that? Yep.. Let me know.. I love welding! ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) I've never done any welding with a 220 with gas. Might have to start playing around with that one. I'd run 220 into my dad's garage but the fuse box isn't in the garage since it was added on after the house was built.

Bring some stuff down and I'll show ya some tricks I was taught...

Fitting a 14 bolt and truss in the back of the Jeep isn't happening any time soon. ![](//storage.proboards.com/3613987/images/K5XMGO2Vc5hob9jKuMJo.png)

Are you and/or your garage available anytime next week? Not sure what the weather is going to be like and a few small things to button up before the JK Jamboree. I have a few "custom" ideas for some items you may like. ![:punk:](//storage.proboards.com/3613987/images/3KZmHO3UZDby07SoKuid.gif)

So as everyone knows.. I borrowed Aldridge's 42's and 3 piece beadlocks on the last run... Come to find out the smaller Wheeljoints don;t really care for the heavy ass tires and wheels.. Broke a joint on the passenger side and it broke the outer ear on the chromo shaft... Instead of changing it on the trail and saving the inner shaft I got stupid and ran it like that back to camp.. So now both ears of the chromos are busted.. Lesson learned! ![](//storage.proboards.com/3613987/images/7Q5Yd6fb9Ibf6Yp423Ai.gif) Through the stock shaft back in and it didn't last long before snapping like a twig.. So now I have another set of chromos coming next week... time to show the carnage.. About a clean a break as you can get right there!! ![](//storage.proboards.com/3613987/images/BpaIyaAZycYl9y_eF_Sw.gif) ![](http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee287/charlied1771/Jeep%20Buildup/2013-05-03172623_zps78ab4fee.jpg) ![](http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee287/charlied1771/Jeep%20Buildup/2013-05-03172602_zps1d966bf1.jpg) The smaller piece was still in the carrier so I had to remove it to get it out... Once the carrier was out it slid right out tho.. ![](http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee287/charlied1771/Jeep%20Buildup/2013-05-03172639_zps87591989.jpg) ![](http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee287/charlied1771/Jeep%20Buildup/2013-05-03172708_zpseaef405d.jpg) Also, come to find out the chromos are a little shorter than the stock axle.. Stock inner is 34 3/4" and the chromos are 34 1/4" long Not really a problem but just in case you wanted to know.. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Notice the stock tapers down right where it broke.. the chromos don't taper ![](http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee287/charlied1771/Jeep%20Buildup/2013-05-03172829_zps91ad7428.jpg)
