It's officially on the calendar. Em and I will be there. Tried to reserve a campsite today, but didn't hear back. Probably just stay in the overflow area anyway. I like it up there. ill talk to David and see if he reserved more than one but I'm like you I like the overflow. Stef is still up in the air if she is going but I will be there. Going to try to get off early if back to work by then from this damn back injury. |

If everything goes as planned, we will be leaving out that Friday morning after getting the kid off to school. Plan on camping in the overflow. It will be good to see David again, its been too long.

I'm going to try to get off that Friday but doubt it will happen so will be like midnight before I get there. Just hope I don't meet up with a fire truck tring to back over me on hwy 70 again. Stef has decided she is not going ( says has to much to Do)but still working on that |

Guess y'all have heard or seen on other boards. They have stopped night runs totally not that it matters to much to me since I usally only ride and navigate the wrong way if I went in one lol. Also something was said that they are extra strict in the 5mph in parking lot and just a warning is doubtful.

I hope to make it next year. We would take the JK but I don't like driving carefully, it's much more fun to trailer a rig and break something.

I wonder what happened to cause them to stop night runs. I've seen people fly through the parking lot and gravel road in the 5mph area so I'm fine with them being strict there.

If I had to guess, it probably has to do with the amount of buggys nowadays running v8s with open headers and standing on the Rev Limiter on every trail. Couple that with the loud annoying sounds that come out of all the rzrs, and they probably started getting noise complaints. Just my guess.
