The people who cook crawfish, shrimp and crabs in Arlington have opened a little Cajun Café in Somerville, TN. Not sure how many people live out this way but I've had their crawfish more than I care to admit and they are excellent. I had several friends and family try out the café and they said it was great.
They are still working out a few bugs but overall they seem to be getting it together.

The folks that set up in the gas station parking lot next to the liquor store? Yes, the same people. I made it up yesterday and had the blackened shrimp. They were excellent. Got a bowl of gumbo to go for later and it was good as well but a little spicy.

So the wife and I have been there twice in the last two weeks. Gotten different food each time. All of it is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable and honestly it's like eating with your family at dinner. The servers treat you like you're a member of their family. We will definitely be back many times over
