HPOP seal had a leak, IPR valve had holes in the screen, and who ever put this thing back together after the EGR delete did a terrible job! There were loose bolts everywhere and 'extra' bolts rolling around on the top of the motor...

I thought I remembered the previous owner telling me it had an egr delete, but it actually has a bulletproof egr. He told me he upgraded oil coolers when he did it, but I think since we are already so far into the job I might pull it just to make sure and check the oil screen.

Are you keeping the Bulletproof EGR or deleting it?

Keeping it. I've read a thousand arguments on it until my head was spinning...both have their pros and cons, but I'm confident enough that this won't won't fail me.
