Hey y'all! Sorry for the late update! But here we go.
I have put together a sponsorship letter, levels, and shirt form. I have attached it so everyone can see the details, but here are the basics!
We have 3 sponsorship levels; Platinum ($200), Gold ($100), and Silver ($50). All of these levels will get a spot on the shirt, but the more the sponsor gives to our charity the bigger the logo will be and the better location the logo will be in. Another incentive for sponsors is the more money they give us, the more they will save on an event shirt themselves. All sponsors will be recognized at the check presentation.
Also, we want to keep everyone excited and involved by having more than one event leading up to the run so that everyone has a chance to be involved in at least one event. So along with the run we are looking forward to having; 2 car washes, the normal club raffle and a raffle that will have items geared towards male, female, and child audiences to use at another event, and finally....with a crawfish boil! Dates and locations are TBD so keep a look out (We will post them on this thread only!)

James: Landers Contact (Cookout and Club Raffle Committee)
David: Raffle Items CollectionCommittee
Daniel: Stickers Committee
Have a heart? Wanna get involved and be hands on? Contact a committee member! See what everyone needs help with! Offer up any connections you may have that will help us out in terms of getting supplies for cookouts, carwashes, etc.... Print out the attachments and take it to work or anywhere else you think might help. Post up the Tshirt order form in the break room at work and take up money from coworkers!
Wanna help but don't wanna be in the spotlight or don't think you'll have time to come out? Send Taylor or I any sponsor ideas you think would be willing to help us out! (We have no shame we will ask anyone for just about anything (WITHIN REASON) lol). Give us your ideas on how we can make this event AMAZING!
Last but not least, we really hope to make this a HUGE philanthropy year! If you have any questions on how to get involved or want any updates on projects please PM me or anyone else that is listed above and we will get your question answered! We already have a ton of interest from potential sponsors, a great group of folks stepping forward to lead events, and ideas galore to make this event a BIG DEAL so lets keep it up!!!
