Hello all......I'm new to Jeep and have spent lots of time online searching for lift kits. they all seem to be bout the same so i need some experience and pro advice here.....I have a 2015 Wrangler Sport and want to clear a 35" tire. nothing too expensive and crazy like that. Just want to do some light off road stuff and nothing like above the neck mud holes...lol. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Really doesn't take much to clear 35s with A jk. A 2.5 spacer lift will give you the clearance, but if you decide to get a little more aggressive with your offroading, you'll wish you had done a spring lift, as the pucks will not help you much performance wise.
You'd be surprised at what a jk with pucks and 35s will do though!

I don't know anything about the JK, let alone coil springs, so I'll just stay out of this one

Chris has a good point about budget boost and 35's. It'll surprise you...
My teraflex kit has been decent except it doesn't include control arms (which you don't NEED and could always add later) and the shocks seem to leak bc they are to short.... Over flexing ain't kind on shocks.
Metalcloak is pricy but from everything I've seen, they get my vote.
For a daily driver, spend the money once and get good stuff. Find out what your final goal is and build towards that. Plan is to buy once and only once. If you wanna swing by and check out my JK in person with the 4" teraflex lift and Metalcloak arms, just let me know. I think my jk looks like it has to much lift, but the tire stuffs nicely when flexed. I've considered going 2.5" several times.

Yeah, you can always upgrade a basic kit down the road. Spacer kit may be the way to go if you truly think all you'll do is light offroading. But keep in mind we all start by saying something along those lines!!

It took 3-4 of us only a couple hours to do it and it's something that can be done with simple hand tools. The fun part about building your Jeep is you get to experience different levels of build. But on the other side of that...........we've all said "I won't go any bigger than this"
