Findin someone to do it for $25 won't be easy, unless ya find a teenager that cuts grass for spare money during the summer.

Long story but the bank took too long so they cancelled the contract..
I just need it mowed.. no special stuff.. just enough to keep the HOA happy. It takes about 30 to mow it all..
