If you know anything about these fans you know pretty much nothing outflows them (4000CFM). Shroud measures 21-7/8 x 18-7/8, approx 5" deep. Can be cut down so mounting depth is approx 4". 75.00

Yes it is a two speed.

Taurus fans are two speed also
