The kids learned a valuable lesson on high speed cornering and sliding out of mudholes sideways yesterday. Guess it's time for some spontaneous upgrades! LOL Before and after pics.. Messed up the passenger door, bent the tubing on what is left of the stock cage, cracked a piece of plastic, knocked the lightbar off the roof, busted a tie rod end, and scratched up the powdercoating on the front bumper. The bumber did a great job of protecting everything since when it cartwheeled it rolled over the stinger/bumper and would have crushed the whole front end in without it! The kids are just fine other than some bumps and bruises, that's what's really important! Everything else can be fixed!

Glad the kids are ok.... Did it break the lightbar itself, or just the mounts?

It was bolted to the plastic roof with 1 small bolt on each side....not even any washers...just pulled one bolt through the roof. We now have a small dime sized hole that doesn't hurt anything....hate having the hole but I was planning on moving it when I got a chance anyways, guess this just sped up my time frame! Lol

At least they're ok. And what an awesome way to learn a lesson. Bet that was a wild ride for them, and terrifying for you!!!!!

Yeah, lol! They thought I was going to yell and kill them. Once I found out they were ok we got it put back on the wheels and started putting it back together. Took a ride to the truck and dropped off the busted parts (door, windshield, socket set, windshield, grill...lol), and rode the rest of the day. I wasn't mad at all that it happened....told them that's what I bought them for! Lol. I'll get it put back together and prettied up again for them and we'll do it again.

Katlin was hollering it was fun and she wanted to do it again....Conner was upset he wasn't in there when it happened! Yup, they are my kids...lol
I just ALMOST had a video of it...that would have been awesome. Jennifer and conner had just pulled off and took my phone with them since it was being used as a stereo. I was just standing there watching the 4 seater buzz up some hills and and the 2 seater spin around in the mud holes.

Got it all back together today...good as new other than some scratches and dents...LOL The passenger door was flattened out when it rolled on that side...a 2x4 an a ratchet strap and I got the bow put back in it. A little beating and banging to straighten the latch back out and the door opens and closes again! Got the light bar moved down onto the hood so I don't have to worry about it any more. There are scrapes on the decals on both sides so they will have to be replaced at some point and what is left of the factory cage has been scratched and dented pretty good so I guess it's going to head to Clyde at some point for a new cage. Shouldn't be too big of a bill there considering It's already got bumpers to build off of, I'll just need the center section.
