Yeah.. I thought that I was wanting to keep it to finish and take to AZ. with us.. but after discussing the idea with a few people just seems that it's not practical.. No ac, Mel won't drive it, and I will prolly end up trading for something offroad when I get there anyway... So spread the word.. I'm losing my ass the way it sits right now for the price.. $3000 OBO

I am relocating to a new job in Arizona.. It's not feasible to bring my project with me to the desert.. So it has to go. I started the restore so the 389 engine and tranny has been removed and the engine taken apart.. Had the block shot peened, flux, bored and honed to 400. new camshaft seals and freeze plugs installed. Crankshaft turned .10 over. The heads have been shot peened and checked for cracks. Still needs valve guides and seats installed then it's ready to assemble.
Body and frame are incredibly solid for this old of a car.. chrome is still in great shape.. Have to see to appreciate
I've spent close to $4500 already so I'm taking a big hit selling it. Won't take much to get it going again. Just not worth it to me to haul to AZ. to finish..
