Me and a couple friends are planning a weekend at Hawk Pride the weekend of June 14.
I know it's kinda close to the summer run but we really need a weekend away so we are gonna give it a shot.
I anyone wants to tag along well be there. My Toyota, Wrangler TJ, and a 4runner.
Guess we'll be doing either a pop-up or tent camping.

Sounds good. I'll bring plenty of spark plugs this time so I can ride all day.

Some guys from WTO went to Stoney Lonesome and said it was BADASS!!! Over 1500 acres and and great park. Said the map and trailheads were spot on!! Just food for thought!!

This and the summer run is probably the extent of the runs I'll go to this summer only because taking the boat out is so damn expensive. I just don't make enough to so both. And because the boating season is so short I want to stay wet as much as possible this summer.
I'm down for whatever when boating season is over.

I'm down for whatever, just curious. We should be a go on this as long as nothing crazy comes up and nothing major at works breaks. We will be kidless that weekend and will probably just bring mine. Will also probably tent camp since I got a cool new tent for my birthday that I didn't get to use last weekend.

I am good with almost any trails. The only thing I want to do for sure is Maverick. I would like to try it going up instead of down.

We will be bringing a pop up. I'm getting old and the AC in the antique still works good.

Just curious but if it rains how much harder do the trails get at HP?

Just curious but if it rains how much harder do the trails get at HP? Greg G It gets pretty muddy if it rains and makes the rocks slick. May make a level 3 turn into a 4...just depends on the trail.

I dont think the rock at HP gets near as slick as superlift in the rain, but I agree with MJL in that you should bump the level up 1.

I can't remember, but the RV pads at HP, do they have a grill or do I need to bring one. We are cooking out sat afternoon. Group decision, no one really wants to drive into town to eat. Would rather have adult beverages an relax.
