One hose looked like loom but it was completely closes It burnt in half so I ran hose over existing area I put clamps on some lines This is how I ran it

That's gonna leak... and won't fix your problem.. Either clamp them to the hoses or go find another one at a JY and replace them... Either way you need to get a turn down for your exhaust!

Yeah just out a turn down on the end of the muffler. Then you don't have to worry about flex hitting the exhaust, the melting of stuff, or anything...
Our explorer has had just a turn down for years...

FYI, when I had just a turn down I melted the sway bar bushing on the passenger side of the axle.

Take a piece of each size line down to Brooks Rd. Hit up one of the tractor trailer parts departments for brake/fuel line. Cut the old line off of the fitting with a razor. Heat up the new line and slip it on.

You need a Yugo. They never had any problems. Have you ever seen the 4 door version ? They called it a wego
