Wont be long I will have to pull my Automatic transmission out of my 2000 TJ. To go through it. Cause one it leaks oil. That alone drives me nuts. :blink:

while im there i will do the SYE kit.

But im wondering if anyone has ever done or had any experence wit the AW4 swap. And what Is all In volved and is it worth the headache.

Yes

Then do the vent relocation while it is out. I should have when I had mine rebuilt and didn't. I want to do the relocation but don't want to pull the trans out again.

Yep. There are about 9,000 things bolted to the trans

If it comes out again, I plan on reversing it. Just some insight from experience.

Did you overfill it? I don't see how closing 1 vent and opening another would make it puke fluid.
