Just made it back from HPO. We had an awesome weekend. The Toyota worked great but the carb give me fits all day yesterday. Doing propane here real soon. Not gonna have a good ride ruined by fuel issues.

Never been there before so I followed my friend and the first trail we wound up on was Ghostrider and it tool a good while to get down. THe last of the trail is washed out bad. Had to attach the winch to the rear of buddies jeep and then hook his to a tree and let his jeep slide/fall into the ruts so we could get out.

I am going to post some pics as soon as they upload to photobucket.

All in all it was a great time and cant wait to go again.

Ghostrider is an awesome trail. LOTS of fun on that one. Glad you went and had a good time, HP is a fun place to wheel and Mark is doing a ton of work to get more folks interested. Maybe we can get to go with you next time!

Ghostrider got us good. the end had washed out and there wasnt any place wide enough for a vehicle. it took us about 30 minutes of looking and wondering to finally get off the trail.

The owner Mark is a super nice guy I talked to him for almost an hour Friday.

I am definitely down for another ride there. Are we B2B doing something in April, Spring run?

The club will vote to decide where our Summer Run will be held. I'm hoping it's at HP again, I really love that place. And yeah, Mark is really cool, he always makes sure he says hi when we're down there.

Though I've been down and up several times but all dry except for the mud hole at the bottom. It is a bit hairy coming down for sure What all did you ride?

We rode a lot of trails, I dont know which ones, I just followed ny buddies and hadfun. No other trails were close to Ghost Rider but they were still fun. I have a short video from my dash I'll try and upload here
