I think it would probably be best to move it. Shelby farms closes at sundown anyway.
I will be out of town the 16th, but I can make arrangements to get you guys some deer burgers!

We can't stick with the 23rd now. If you go read their thread on their meeting, they are now cooking out all afternoon and probably having the meeting outside. There's no way for us to have a successful gathering if we do it on the same day as their meeting. Lets just move our date and be done with it.

How's the 6th of April for everyone else? I voted in the other poll to keep it the same but it was because of personal conflicts coming up and I actually planned around the 23rd but I'm good with anything and if I can't make the new date then I'll be at the next one. I know dabbs and I will be at Superlift for the Managers/CCOR/AC run the weekend of April 6th which is also the SRRS event so it's a busy weekend and I thought some of this group planned to help with safety at SRRS. |

Screw it. Keep it the same date. Who can come will come. I'll work till 3 most likely so I won't be at the JSM meeting anyway. If I get off ill hang out with JSM till 2 or so then head north to Shelby.

There's SRRS events, JK Jamboree, other club functions, founders not being able to get off work on different dates, founders being out of town. So, we're in the process of figuring it out. We sure don't want to do this in June!  |

So when will you settle on a date? If it stays on the 23rd or moved to the 30th I'm good. I really hate to miss this because I planned to forget the venison burger and planned to bring about 10lbs of prime, tenderized venison steaks....you know the stuff that melts in your mouth .no pressure though...
