OK... Update!!
Looks as if the other club has decided to do a cookout at their meeting on the 23rd.. I know that most of the members here are also JSM members. So going to the meeting and eating and then coming to our cookout to eat is prolly not gonna work... So I suggest that we move the Meet and Greet to the 16th.
I feel this would make things better for everyone since the conflicts seem to be getting worse on that day. So instead of trying to pile everything in, or missing one or the other lets just change the date and we can all live happy!
On a side note... I would encourage everyone to join the meeting on the 23rd... I doubt I will make it but it's not from lack of wanting to..
Thanks.. This is the only way to make sure everyone who wants to attend both events can and will be able to. Landers deserves the support of the JSM members. Almost forgot......   |

That's the weekend of the JK Jamboree. We're not going to that but just sayin... We don't have anything on the calendar that weekend (except working on his jeep....but that's every weekend)  |

If the JK Jamboree is the same wknd then we only have a couple options.. either stick with the original date or pick a new one...

I say stick to the 23rd. If we start cookin a little later in the afternoon people will eat. I might be going to the JK Jamboree but not sure I want to deal with tons of people on the trails...
