Monday Dec 2nd... Line up at 5:30 Starts at 6:30
any interest in this one? In the past we have not been limited on number of rigs or anything... we have 1 week to turn in the application if interested. I can handle that, just need to know if anyone wants to do it.
List: 1. Ben, Urban Recon B2 2. Bob, in Bobbie's... 3. Chris, Rzr lit up 4. MJL, maybe... if her slave drivers let her out early 5. tjmichael
if we get over 5, I'll duck out and let others play since I'll have to take off work early to make it happen anyway.

well....
"10. Undecorated vehicles will not be permitted to participate! Antique cars and tractors are the only exception. 11. Limit of five (5) vehicles per entry form. 12. We restrict the number of regular “street vehicles” participating in the parade to the following categories: a. Vehicles representing a recognized club, organization, group, church, school or a local business. b. Antique vehicles with antique car tags. c. Car clubs may enter antique or vintage vehicles, but not regular street vehicles. d. Individuals may not enter street cars unless they have antique tags"
We are a club though..

Would I be able to drive the RZR? If so I don't leave for work until December 5th so I could actually take part in this!

I don't see why not.. just trailer it down to hernando lol I'll call the chambers and ask, they were very easy to work with last year when I handled it for JSM... they might even let us have more than 5, Idk.

so it IS a 5 vehicle max per registration..we could register twice and pay 2 $20 fees if we need more... lol
they are checking with their committee about the Rzr, I don't see where it'd be an issue since they have 4wheelers and tractors, but hey, it's their call not mine.

you're good Chris.. but you MUST decorate it!
"I have spoken with our board and executive director. They have said it is okay to have the Polaris Rzr; however, it must follow all guidelines just as a road vehicle. Also, all vehicles (excluding antique cars) must be decorated. Again, only 5 vehicles per application. If you will have more than that an additional application and payment must be submitted."

I also asked, just incase, that if we apply twice can our two groups be next to each other in line (as one larger group)

If we write it on our applications that we have 2 and would like to be together, the committee will DO THEIR BEST to have us together.
