It's fairly easy using the app.
Open up the app and upload the picture you want.
Then go to your album and chose the pic to post.
When you click on the I in the circle on the bottom right this comes up.
I use the IMG line. Click on it and it says copied to clip board.
Tlhen bring it here and paste it. And done.
Should show up like this.
