The front seat belts flap against the sides when driving with the doors off on Ellen's JK when the doors are off. The TJ doesn't do that. Drives me insane...
The rear seat belts flapped against the roll cage on my TJ, bungee chords fixed that, but not sure what to do on the front ones in the JK.

Don't they adjust up and down on the pillar?? If so lower them and see if that helps

Ive seen people use a velcro strap around the plastic panel and the seat belt. It keeps it from flapping, but does not hinder the up and down movement of the belt.

seat belts..... You Don't need No Stinking Seat Belts!! they just get all up in the way when you gotta bail out quickly! lol
