I just mounted (4) 33/12.5/15 Super Swamper Boggers on some 15x8 factory aluminum wheels. I thought I would give the Airsoft BBs a try. So I went to Dynabead's website and did the weight conversion to figure out what I needed. Basically it called for 8 oz of Dynabeads. The Airsofts I used were .12 grams each. I would end up needing roughly 7,500 bbs for a 4 tires. So I bought the 10,000 count container. Divided it equally amount 4 clear solo cups. Then poured 1 cup back in the bucket. Then took and divided the remaining cups up equally. Then poured them in as we mounted the tires. Result- hands down amazing. After the biased ply swampers warmed up they were surprisingly smooth. At 70 mph I could let go of the wheel! I highly recommend this on any tire that you are running off road, as the constant busting off weights and airing up and down can cause tires to get out of balance. I will report back later to let you know how it works long term. This is what I was trying to balance.

I did this on the 34" CO-OP Grip Spurs that were on the crew cab. It worked great above 30-35 mph, but slower than that and they shook.

That's what a bunch of people have done when I have mounted their tires and only had one person come back to take them out. Everyone else seems to be very happy with them, good to hear that yours worked too. I'm glad this process works so well since I have a real nice tire machine but no way to balance tires yet. Keep us posted if you have any trouble with them.

You couldn't pay me to put that shit in a tire. Why? Is there a reason? Or you just don't think it's good?

I've never ran them. I put them in his and Mike Melton's and they seem happy. Most bad reviews I've seen are from cars and motorcycles. Four wheel drives and eighteen wheelers seem to get good reviews. I'm thinking the results seem better on a taller sidewall. Maybe?

They won't work if your tires are not smooth inside. Many tires now have small lines or ridges in the inside. even the very small ones won't let the beads settle where they need to when rolling down the road. If you have a smooth inner part of the tire, they work great. i ran 8oz per tire on the grabber 33's, since they are so heavy. Two of them balanced, two did not. Go figure...

The trick if they don't balance is to add more bb's. Everything I've read says it's easy to not get enough but you can't hardly add too many.
I've done this in most mud terrain I've ran since started Jeeping and it's amazing how well it works.

I've put them in tires with the ribs and they worked on most but didn't on some I think it's more about having the right amount of weight and also realizing that tires aren't perfectly round. Balancing won't change the shape.

The 33" Grabbers we got from Jamison already had the BB's as he's stated, they are doing very well on the LJ. I finally got the air pressure adjusted, at 28 psi, and it's riding great and feels solid on the road. Up to 70 mph and it stays smooth.
