Do we need to preregister or anything? No, at this point we don't plan to have T-shirts or anything that needs to be ordered in advance. We plan to cook plenty of BBQ so we should be good. We'll be watching forums to get an average headcount. We plan to cook extra food.

OK... here's the deal... I can;t do this run and the Spring Run too... Since B2B was shown how well they are welcomed from another local club then I plan on doing this one instead.. Seems we would be more incline to make a name with clubs that wanna share their love for the sport... Also with proceeds going to a great cause instead of back to the clubs I say it's a great way for us to give back even a small bit...
Count me in Chris... Ghoulie will be representing!!
Who else is coming?? Post in here so they can get a good count for dinner... Thanks!!

Do we need to preregister or anything? No, we don't plan to do T-shirts or anything like that. Superlift will take care of park admission. We plan to have plenty of food. We will charge per plate for dinner but we will keep the cost as low as possible. We'll sell raffle tickets up until Saturday evening.

If anyone is interested and going solo I booked a 1 room cabin at KOA last night for me and a friend who is new to wheeling. There are 3 beds so we can fit one more person to cut cost. He will be there Friday and Saturday nights but if anyone wants to split a 3rd night I may go up Thursday so I have all day Friday to wheel. Cost: Friday/Saturday split 3 ways $51.70 each for 2 nights. Thursday split 2 ways 38.77 each. That is a total of 90.47 for all 3 nights.
