Where can I get some steel plate to build Oscar a rear bumper with. Need something affordable with little extra to practice with since this will be my first welding project. Not in big rush cause just going to tinker with it in spare time. I also need to clean out the shed so I have a place to work that is dry . Kinda looking for scrap that I can easy move around on my own and not a whole plate.

Honestly 20' sticks of 1/4" plate at Southern is not THAT expensive.
