I got a set of lower cam bolts yesterday. I figured I could use these to dial in my alignment til I got adjustable arms.
Has anyone used these before?

I'm interested in finding out myself. Would love to see a pic of them and how they work.

Yeah.. you can turn it a small bit and it'll make a big difference on your pinion angle.. Just don't change it too much or you;ll have death woblle..

Teach sounds like you need to find some one that knows what they are doing or you might mess some stuff up.

I had these put in yesterday and were adjusted by towles. I noticed that they arent at the same markings on either side.. Will this make a difference? Im still in the red though, I thought bout putting the 1'longer control arms on and then using the cam bolts.

I'd jack up the front and put it on jack stands and take off the tires. Mark where they are at with a sharpie in case you need to line them back up. You should be able to loosen them up and spin them to see what fixes your pinion angle. Worse comes to worse you put it back like Firestone put them on.
