Getting a 2.5" stateline customs lift, a HOLZ clutch kit, and snorkels so I don't have to worry about the deep water anymore!

I don't know about y'all but I LOVE getting new parts in the mail! My clutch kit that will give me the power back plus some that I lost when I put the big tires on. This is like regearing a jeep when going with bigger tires. And I am buying my lift from a buddy that lives in Louisiana. He is picking up my rzr in about a week and taking it home with him. He is going to be installing the clutch kit, lift, and snorkels for me...pretty cool huh? I ended up getting this to lock it to my trailer during its travels so I don't have to worry about it coming up missing! Lol That thing is huge! 11mm thick hexagon chain FTW! LOL

Upgrades done, can't wait to get my hands on it! Progression so far... Stock: Stage 2: winch and bumper, rims and tires Stage 3: 2.5" lift, clutch kit, and snorkels I was talking to him about the clutch kit after he installed it and can't wait to get my hands on it to see the difference it made. The bigger tires REALLY stole a lot of power and the extra weight of the 4 seater didn't help...it has the same clutch as the lighter 2 seater. He got it out in a gravel road and put it in low, said when he stomped it it sat there and spun them until it hit the rev limiter. It wouldn't even THINK about doing it before! Woop! lol

Next upgrade- bigger axles. How many rides do you think the factory ones will last?

Well, so far they have lasted a few rides with the bigger tires and no lift on it...and it's at mud fest in Texas this weekend running the lift, snorkels, and tires and they plan on putting it through it's paces. They do have a few extra axles just in case but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I am planning on busting one or 2 during the fall crawl but we'll see what happens! lol If they make it through that I'll be surprised!

I thought you had to change axles with a lift? Don't know just asking.

I thought you had to change axles with a lift? Don't know just asking. On the shorter lifts it just puts the axles at more of an angle. Then cv's go boom cause of more traction and being in a bind.

Yup, pretty much sums it up. New axles are in the plans but not the budget. Thats one of those things I am going to have to break before the wife lets me have new ones...lol

I think I'm ready for superlift...or as ready as I'm gonna be for now. Got the oil and diff fluids changed, finished my snorkels, got my suspension turned back down so it rides and flexes again...thank god for the 2.5" lift! It had started to ride like a log wagon with the suspension turned all the way up! Lost a little lift but that's good...lowers my COG back down! Also played with some plastidip on the hood. It got messed up while my buddy had it in Texas and I've been wanting to try the stuff out so I hit it with some flat black. Did good and will look great with some prep work next time.
