I was under the impression that the park would be closed this weekend except for those participating in this run, but HP posted on their Facebook page that they are open and there is a night ride Friday. So what's up with that?

The park is only technically open two weekends a month. The weekend we are there is one of the open ones. Now, Mark will open up on a closed weekend if there's enough rigs that will wheel. I just looked at the calendar and the Night Ride looks like fun! I was gonna load up late Saturday to head out early Sunday but I might have to rethink that.

Go to the calendar and just put your mouse over the info on the right hand side of the calendar where the "Upcoming Events" are. |

Most members i have talked about the run to took it the same way. No big deal really i just thought something had happened where we didnt have enough attendance. Since its posted on there calender as open wheeling now we might be able to raise a tad more money from the raffle from non members. Its going to be an awesome weekend for sure. |
