What do you want done to it. I can do simple tire size and transmission changes but don't really have the time these days to do a full tune, but there not a whole lot to gain on those trucks other than a little peak HP.

I have access to an EFMLive programmer but not the knowledge.

I tune with HP tuners. Haven't ever used efi live. The 20 to 30 hp you can gain is almost useless. It will all be above 4500 rpm and would probably require premium fuel due to the added timing. The fuel mileage gain is just a dream on a gas burner most of that is how the truck is driven. For those kind of gains you need to drive around like an old man never go over 55. If its a 6 speed auto I would turn the timing up a degree or 2 and then do most tuning on the transmission . This will be your most noticeable improvement
