Here's the list (again) of hotels in the area that are close to the park.....

Marriott on Wilson Lake (25 minutes from park) 256-246-3600
Florence and Muscle Shoals have several hotels with 25 minutes of park

Here is the itinerary for the RITS....
Friday: Open wheeling.. Lots of people will be showing up late that night..
Saturday:
9AM... Drivers Meeting. We will go over a few safety concerns, make sure everyone gets a map, dinner voucher for the ones that signed up for the 4wps deal and run shirts. Also need to pick a CB channel for each group so we aren't talking over other groups..
10AM.. Line up for trails.. Find your group you signed up for and head out.. ones without a group can fall in line with the others that don't have a group.. No one will be left behind.. 
12 Noon... Lunch break.. You can either elect to have lunch on the trails or come back to base and order something.. Groups discretion.
6PM.. Dinner time.. Folks with vouchers eat free... We will also be doing the raffle at this time..
Sunday: Open wheeling.. Most will pack up and head home.. some will ride more..
How's that for easy peezy??

If I missed something let me know! Nice and simple, I like! I specified my cb channel in my trail group thread. Channel 8. I cant remember what the main office emergency channel is though. |

whats the plan for dinner? I missed that somewhere along the way. Anything you would like.. The club doesn;t charge dues therefore we don;t pay for dinners at annual runs as of now.. Like everything else YOU guys are the ones to change that... You can make recommendations here.. b2b-offroad.freeforums.net/board/21/members-voiceThey have a great little grill on site.. or you can drive to the nearest town... or you can brown bag it.. Whatever you prefer.. |
