Make sure on the rear when loaded the tire sidewalks don't touch. If they do you'll start having blowouts. Did a lot of measuring and ended up getting 2" spacers and have 1.5" between the tires unloaded. 1" spacing fully loaded, they look really good tucked up under the bed. Good deal. Duallys look sick with big tires but some folks forget to get the spacers.

Post a pic of that thing man, I'd like to see it with the bigger tires on it.

It got new brakes on the front and a new ujoint for the rear driveshaft. The combination of those two things going bad, the noises my truck made got more than a little attention driving around The chirping ujoint that put up a fight to the very end... Fuck you ujoint.....

I thought it was strange considering it's an 09, but then again I drive it mostly off-road.

I thought I would ask before I bought what I needed. Does anyone have a slide hammer extension? I am having the replace my intermediate axle shaft bearing and seal, and it's looking like a a regular slide hammer won't be long enough to go through shaft housing over to where the bearing is.

I've used a long piece of pipe thru the other side to drive them out. Of course you have to have the case empty to do it that way.

If I ever do, it will be to a higher gearing so I dont have run 2700 rpms down the interstate trying to keep up with James. Either way I am going to probably make an attempt on it this coming weekend because I got stuck with a 14,000 lb trailer behind me this weekend. Had to take the shift fork out and manually engage the collar to get out.

Built a shallow mount sub box to add a little bump to the 2fiddy. Pulled the sub and amp out of homebrew for it. Guess that means it's time for a bigger system in the jeep
