Bought this little thing today.. Melissa finally realized that a huge truck isn't very practical when you wanna run to get groceries.. Also since the Jeep is now not our backup plan in case the truck goes down... then we needed something reliable.. So Mike informed me of this from a guy he works with.. His wife bought it brand new back in 95 and has drove it every since.. has all paperwork on it. It needs a little cosmetic work of course but it drives out awesome!! 95 Honda Civic EX Coupe 5 speed Vtec 1.6 4cyl 113K power everything sunroof cruise and the best part... 25mpg city 32 Hwy.. Cost me $28 to fill it up a while ago.. Anyone that has any experience with these let me know.. Not too familiar with the Civics.. I do know you can;t hardly find any of these for sale anywhere! She likes it...

SSame car i drive. It gets much better gas mileage than that 2. I get around 40you going to STL. Its the third one ive had. Only known things are cv joints and timing belts. If you replace the belts when recommended and change the oil like your suppose to it will last forever. Parts are really cheap! Including tires.

She has a receipt showing the timing belt was replaced at 90K... O2 sensors go bad as well... not a problem tho.. Gonna throw it on a rack and see what the underside looks like soon... I've heard of people getting up to 42mpg on highway.. parts are cheap cheap... and are easily replaced.. Reviews for this model and year are awesome too... She'll prolly get another 5 years out of it the way she drives! If I have an issues I'll know who to call!!

I've had a couple Honda;s in the past and they were big fun to drive and had very few problems with them except the last one that had major electrical problems, there is also a Honda Haven in Horn Lake if you need any info you can't find any where else

There is so much aftermarket support for the Honda line you can probably find ways to increase your mileage. But they are great little cars. Good buy right there.
