Yeah it wouldn't be worth the hassle for the five people actually going lol. I can't believe people aren't jumping in this trip. I mean, it's SMORR for fucks sake! It doesn't start with super or end with pride! :hijack on: Not to derail the thread, but SMORR fits in the "played out" category that you refer to also, IMHO... It seems to be 1 of 3 parks that are rotated around for local clubs. Just sayin... While the trails and accommodations are awesome - there are SOOO many other parks to explore that I've had the pleasure of exploring through the SRRS. Stoney Lonesome Grayrock (private rides only) Windrock/coal creek (72,000 acres of wheeling!) Hale mountain Golden mountain Morris Mountain Rush OffRoad Chocolocco Flat Nasty And the list goes on and on... :hijack off:

True mike. For me, I've went with groups for as long as I can remember wheeling and everyone wants ease. Hence HP and SL. Then everybody crys about the extra time to get to smorr and it happens once every two years it seems. Smorr is the last closest park to me I haven't been to.
I've been to stoney and was not impressed. As for the other parks, this coming year me and few others plan to explore them all. Hale mt, flat nasty, windrock and all the others in TN. We've decided, like you said, it's time to really branch out and check them out. The problem with those is getting people to commit to such a drive. Most can't afford the costs that come with parks further away. Another reason why no one in the "normal" crawlin world around here goes to them.

I don't think it's worth pulling it all the way up there for the small group we'll probably have. We do need the banner though. The banner is not in the trailer. Anyone know where its at? Is it in the tote you have Mike??
