Glad to see you moving up in the world. I hope everything out there works out and you find a cool group of JEEP guys and gals.

Same kind of work.. went from Field Service Specialist level 3 to a Field Service Engineer Level 4. In other words the title gives them something to say they can give you a raise.. Been bucking for this for years now cause I had the wrong designation when Canon took over things.. But my manager never changed it so I could get my raise.. Long story.. anyway it's a 10% increase. I'll also be working on bigger printers than I do now called jetstreams.. Here's a sample of one.. Phoenix is about 5% higher in cost of living. 3 times bigger than Memphis with half the police force and half the crime rate per capita... That's according to citydata.com. Housing is better for the same money but utilities are higher so it washes out.. I've done a bunch of research on the place and find it to be much more appealing than Memphis area.. Especially for offroading which is my passion.. so it was a no brainer. |

You can just bring the Catalina on over and give it to me and I'll finish it up  I texted you earlier about the cat.. I'm gonna have to put it up for sale like it is and get what I can for it.. its just another huge obstacle to try and move..  I never got a text Don't start selling or giving stuff away until I get over there to get my tools. I know how you seem to forget things and don't want you giving my junk away  |

Charlie, I really enjoyed meeting you at HP. Had a great time. We'll have to steal the Alabama bull balls and send it over to Phoenix for you to remember us by. I suggest hanging them from your rear view mirror, so when you're off-road and bouncing over rocks and boulders, they swing around and bounce off your face. (Trying to create a visual for you).
Seriously, best of luck. Find some good trails. GPS is your friend. I don't mind driving. I also don't mind bringing tequila.
